Meet Chef Gaby at the famous Hotel Casa Colonial Pavilion and get ready to have fun! (No experience needed!) The rate includes all ingredients for the class; learn how to prepare Caribbean shrimp aguachile, Mahi Mahi ceviche, Nutella and banana chimichangas. Sip on a glass of white wine while you enjoy the fruits of your labor! Bring your newly acquired techniques home for your next get-together! (minimum 6 guests required for a reservation)

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the Tour Guide. We recommend the balance to be paid in cash USD upon arrival. Visa/MasterCard is accepted upon arrival. Credit cards incur an 8% Mexican business fee. Additional Information • For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can’t participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form. • If you have any health or physical disability, please contact us before you make your reservation so we can provide you full information about our services. • Please use biodegradable sunscreen to protect the environment and marine species. • Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
